　　目的探讨临床护理健康教育路径预防产后尿潴留的效果。方法选择2012年9月～2013年2月在本院分娩的初产妇240例，将产妇随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各120例，观察组产妇按临床护理路径实施健康教育，对照组按传统方法进行健康教育。比较两组产妇产后尿潴留发生率。结果观察组产妇产后尿潴留4例（3.33%），对照组产妇产后尿潴留14例（11.67%），两组比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论实施临床护理健康教育路径能有效预防产妇产后尿潴留的发生，值得临床推广应用。
　　목적탐토림상호리건강교육로경예방산후뇨저류적효과。방법선택2012년9월～2013년2월재본원분면적초산부240례，장산부수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조각120례，관찰조산부안림상호리로경실시건강교육，대조조안전통방법진행건강교육。비교량조산부산후뇨저류발생솔。결과관찰조산부산후뇨저류4례（3.33%），대조조산부산후뇨저류14례（11.67%），량조비교，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론실시림상호리건강교육로경능유효예방산부산후뇨저류적발생，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of clinical nursing pathway of health education on partum urinary retention.Methods Two hundred and forty primiparas hospitalized in our hospital from September 2012 to February 2013 were randomized equally into the observation group and the control group.The former received health education by clinical nursing pathway and the control group conventional health education.The two groups were compared in terms of incidence of postpartum urinary retention.Results The incidences of postpartum urinary retention in the observation group and the control one were 3.33% and 11.67%,respectively.The difference in the incidence between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway of health education may effectively prevent the occurrence of postpartum urinary retention.
