目的：观察切开复位内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法：收治跟骨骨折患者42例，随机分两组，观察组和对照组各21例，观察组给予手术切开复位内固定治疗，对照组给予闭合复位外固定治疗，比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组：优8例，良11例，中2例，优良率90.48%；对照组：优5例，良8例，中5例，差3例，优良率61.90%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论：切开复位内固定治疗跟骨骨折的效果显著，结合早期功能锻炼，并发症少。

목적：관찰절개복위내고정치료근골골절적료효。방법：수치근골골절환자42례，수궤분량조，관찰조화대조조각21례，관찰조급여수술절개복위내고정치료，대조조급여폐합복위외고정치료，비교량조적림상치료효과。결과：관찰조：우8례，량11례，중2례，우량솔90.48%；대조조：우5례，량8례，중5례，차3례，우량솔61.90%，량조료효비교차이유통계학의의。결론：절개복위내고정치료근골골절적효과현저，결합조기공능단련，병발증소。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fractures.42 patients with calcaneal fractures were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 21 cases in each.The observation group was treated with the operation of open reduction and internal fixation,the control group was treated with closed reduction and external fixation.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results:In the observation group,8 cases were excellent,11 cases were good,2 cases were moderate,the excellent and good rate was 90.48%;In the control group,5 cases were excellent,8 cases were good,5 cases were moderate,3 cases were poor,the excellent and good rate was 90.48%.There was significant difference of curative effect between two groups.Conclusion:The curative effect of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fractures is significant.Complications are few combined with early functional exercise.
