目前国家规定限制粘土砖生产，由于蒸压灰砂砖应用范围广，但是灰砂砖具有抗剪强度低，初期收缩变形大和施工质量不易控制的缺点，工程中墙体出现的问题很多，墙体出现各种裂缝；由于裂缝的性质及危害不同，裂缝原因复杂，故应对裂缝在生产工艺、材料力学性能、施工技术、设计等方面进行分类，并根据其特征及对其鉴别等问题，在此基础上提出砌体裂缝处理建议。
