目前国家规定限制粘土砖生产,由于蒸压灰砂砖应用范围广,但是灰砂砖具有抗剪强度低,初期收缩变形大和施工质量不易控制的缺点,工程中墙体出现的问题很多,墙体出现各种裂缝;由于裂缝的性质及危害不同,裂缝原因复杂,故应对裂缝在生产工艺、材料力学性能、施工技术、设计等方面进行分类,并根据其特征及对其鉴别等问题,在此基础上提出砌体裂缝处理建议。
