This paper mainly elaborates from the current situ-ateion and problems of Nanjing city low rent housing constru-ction, on the basis of our scholars’ relevant research results and the experiences of the domestic low-rent housing construction, according to the actual situation of low rent housing construc-tion in Nanjing city at the present stage, puts forward some co-untermeasures and suggestions.
