This paper taking Ecuador Cocacodo Sinclair pow-er station as an example, explains the preparation, assembly sc-heme, the host instal ation and after instal ation of TBM dou-ble shield engineering site in detail, discusses the technology of quick double shield engineering instal ation work. Through the description of TBM double shield instal ation project, anal-yzes the significance of the project fast instal ation technology to promote the completion of the project.
