In this article, the author combines with the process of Chinese current housing industry, analyzes the characteristi-cs of high-rise residential renovation of industrialization, and discusses the main structure, decoration and the organic integr-ation of equipment, the construction technology of assembly, and hope provide some suggestions and reference for the indu-strialized housing future renovation.
