In order to effective control the cost in the constr-uction engineering. People should first clear that the inherent characteristics and construction needs of the project, therefore the periodic cost control management style and methods sho-uld be introduced in the process of construction project cost management. In this article, the author discusses the main fe-atures of construction cost, cost control and management pro-blems and analyzes the periodic cost control management met-hods how to application in the construction engineering.
