在经济全球化的背景下，我国的市场经济已经迎来了新的发展与调整。在市场经济的调节下，工程造价的计价模式也渐渐从最初的定额计价模式转变为清单计价模式。本文主要从工程量清单计价模式的概念与特点入手，具体分析在工程量清单计价模式下工程造价管理的工作重点，以期进一步完善工程量清单计价模式下的工程造价管理。

In the background of economic globalization, Chi-na's market economy has ushered in a new development and adjustment. This paper starts with the concept and charac-teristics of engineering quantity list valuation mode, makes a specific analysis and valuation work of engineering cost man-agement mode in the bil of quantities, in order to further impr-ove the project cost management under engineering bil pric-ing mode.
