生产安全是每个行业的生命线，在建筑行业更是如此，加强安全管理工作是否到位关系到整个工程建设成败。本文主要针对安全管理中出现的问题提出了建议，希望通过建立系统的安全管理制度及制定安全管理控制程序等一系列措施，确保把安全管理有效的纳入工程建设的管理体系中。

Production safety is the lifeline of every industry, especially in the construction industry. Whether strengthen the safety management is in place or not related to the success or failure of the whole construction. In this article, the author pr-oposes suggestions aim at the existing problems in the safety management, and hope to establish a safety management syst-em and formulate a series of measures of safety management control procedures to ensure the safe and effective manageem-ent included in the management system of engineering const-ruction.
