随着社会的发展，建筑质量已成为众人关心的话题。要保证建筑质量的可靠性，只有加强建筑施工质量的管理。笔者结合自己多年的从业经验，讲述了建筑工程质量管理的重点，同时分析了目前我国建筑工程施工中存在的问题，并提出了相应策略。

With the social development, the construction qual-ity has become a topic of public concern. In order to ensure the reliability of construction quality, enhance the quality of const-ruction management is the only way. The author combines wit-h years of experience, describes the focus of construction qual-ity management, and analyzes the existing problems of current building construction, and put forward corresponding strateg-ies.
