Residential building is closely related to people's li-velihood construction projects. In the construction process, the strict management is required to ensure the quality of construc-tion. This article describes the engineering outline of new cent-ury Lijiang Fontana heights residential building, and analyzes the management measures in the process of engineering constr-uction, and hope to provide significance reference to similar p-rojects.
