进度管理连同施工质量、进度与投资控制被称为施工项目管理中的“三大控制”，是实现项目管理目标的重要组成部分。有效的进度控制保证了施工项目按期完成，直接关系到项目经济效益的发挥，越来越受到投资方的重视。本文主要对工程进度控制的必要性和原理进行了阐述，对进度管理的影响因素进行了分析，并提出了几条行之有效的进度控制的措施。

The progress management together with the constr-uction quality, progress and investment control is known as the“three control”in construction project management, is an im-portant part in realization of the objectives of project mana-gement. The effectively schedule control ensures the construc-tion projects completed on schedule, is directly related to the economic benefit of the project, more and more got investors’ at ention. This paper mainly discusses the principle and neces-sity of project progress control, analyzes the factors that affect the progress management, and puts forward several effective s-chedule control measures.
