当前建筑工程施工质量低下，导致经常发生建筑房屋漏水、墙壁和楼板开裂等质量问题。本文是笔者依据自己的实际施工经验，并结合工程的实际情况，对建筑工程全过程质量管理做出探讨。

In current the low quality of construction engineer-ing construction, often leads to building water leakage, wal and floor cracks and other quality problems. This paper is bas-ed on the practical construction experiences, combined with th-e actual situation of engineering, makes the discussion to the whole process of construction project quality management.
