China's economic development is very rapid, popu-lation growth is also faster, in order to solve the housing pro-blem for more people there are more and more high-rise bu-ildings in china. And high-rise building external wal leakage problem has become a focus of attention of the construction u-nit. This paper analyzes the causes of leakage in external wal of high-rise building, and puts forward some construction tech-nologies of high-rise building external wal leakage prevention.
