本文在总结分析嵌岩桩工程中出现的质量问题的基础上，通过实际工程实例，提出了桩端下存在岩石强度不足的问题，可通过桩端的方法进行加固处理，在此基础上提出了加固设计和加固施工中应注意的问题。

This paper based on the summary and analysis of the quality problems of rock socketed pile in the engineering, through the actual project, proposes the problem of rock stren-gth deficiencies under the pile tip, it can be reinforced by pile method, and on this basis proposes some problems needing at-tention in the reinforcement design and construction.
