城市规划在经济社会日益发展的今天，显得越来越重要，它是一项综合性、全局性、战略性的工作。本文结合作者实际工作经验，首先简要介绍了城市规划、建设、管理的关系，其次介绍了城市规划管理过程中表现突出问题，最后针对这些问题给出相应意见和对策。

City planning in the development of economy and society today, is becoming more and more important, it is a comprehensive, global, strategic work. In this paper, combined with the author's practical work experience, first briefly intro-duces the relationship of city planning, construction, manage-ment, then introduces the main problem of city planning and management process, final y aimed at these questions gives the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
