When the world focus on the“low carbon”econo-my and life, the planners should seriously consider that how to put the"low carbon"into the urban planning. In this article, the author bases on the above background, starts from current sit-uation of low carbon urban planning, and put forward the low carbon planning suggestions from three aspects of land use, ur-ban traffic, and industrial structure.
