目的：探讨肺结核大咯血的急救治疗方法。方法：回顾分析38例肺结核大咯血患者的临床资料、治疗及各类药物的作用。结果：在救治的大咯血38例中显效30例，有效8例。结论：通过对肺结核大咯血患者的综合救治，总结了具体救治经验，为救治肺结核大咯血提供了有价值的参考资料。
目的：探討肺結覈大咯血的急救治療方法。方法：迴顧分析38例肺結覈大咯血患者的臨床資料、治療及各類藥物的作用。結果：在救治的大咯血38例中顯效30例，有效8例。結論：通過對肺結覈大咯血患者的綜閤救治，總結瞭具體救治經驗，為救治肺結覈大咯血提供瞭有價值的參攷資料。
목적：탐토폐결핵대각혈적급구치료방법。방법：회고분석38례폐결핵대각혈환자적림상자료、치료급각류약물적작용。결과：재구치적대각혈38례중현효30례，유효8례。결론：통과대폐결핵대각혈환자적종합구치，총결료구체구치경험，위구치폐결핵대각혈제공료유개치적삼고자료。
Objective:To investigate the emergency treatment of tuberculosis massive hemoptysis.Methods:38 patients with tuberculosis massive hemoptysis were selected,The clinical data,treatment and the effect of all kinds of drugs were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In the 38 patients,30 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective.Conclusion:Through the comprehensive treatment of massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,we summarize the treatment experience.It provides valuable reference materials for the treatment of massive hemoptysis due to pulmonary tuberculosis in the future.
