目的：对比研究腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床效果。方法：收治子宫肌瘤患者90例，作为研究对象，根据患者自愿原则分为研究组与对照组，其中对照组40例采用开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗，而研究组50例则采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗，对比分析两组临床指标，包括手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后并发症及术后住院时间等。结果：研究组在术后并发症发生率、术后排气时间及术后住院时间上明显低于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组在手术时间、术中出血量上差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：子宫肌瘤患者采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗可以取得比较良好的效果，患者住院时间短、术后并发症较少，并且排气时间更快。
목적：대비연구복강경하자궁기류척제술여개복자궁기류척제술치료자궁기류환자적림상효과。방법：수치자궁기류환자90례，작위연구대상，근거환자자원원칙분위연구조여대조조，기중대조조40례채용개복자궁기류척제술치료，이연구조50례칙채용복강경하자궁기류척제술치료，대비분석량조림상지표，포괄수술시간、술중출혈량、술후배기시간、술후병발증급술후주원시간등。결과：연구조재술후병발증발생솔、술후배기시간급술후주원시간상명현저우대조조，조간대비차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；량조재수술시간、술중출혈량상차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：자궁기류환자채용복강경자궁기류척제술치료가이취득비교량호적효과，환자주원시간단、술후병발증교소，병차배기시간경쾌。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and abdominal myomectomy in the treatment of uterine myoma.Methods:90 patients with myoma of uterus were selected,they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the principle of voluntary.The control group with 40 cases was treated with abdominal myomectomy,the study group with 50 cases was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.The clinical indexes of two groups were compared,including operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative complications and hospitalization time and so on.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between group comparison(P<0.05);the two groups in the operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume were not significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine myoma is good,the hospitalization time is short,the postoperative complications are less,and the exhaust time is faster.
