为了促进电动汽车技术的标准化,实现对基于J1939协议的《电动汽车非车载传导式充电机与电池管理系统之间的通信协议》进行测试,利用NI PXI CAN接口板卡和LabVIEW软件开发平台构建J1939协议CAN通信平台,在此平台上模拟充电机,通过监测与电池管理系统通信的各报文发送接收状态来测试通信过程是否出现错误,将解析的通信信息以及错误类型通过用户界面显示。实验证明很好实现了J1939协议多帧传输机制,模拟了充电机与电池管理系统的通信,并能实时显示通信状态、指出错误类型。

To promote the standardization of electric vehicle technology and achieve the test of communication protocol be-tween off-board conductive charger and battery management system(BMS)for electric vehicle based on J1939 protocol,J1939 protocol communication platform is constructed by using NI PXI CAN interface card and LabVIEW software. Through monitoring the accepting and transmitting state of messages between the charger simulated on the platform and the BMS,errors supposed to be occured in the communication process are tested. The analytic communication information and the error type are displayed through the UI. The experiment shows that the system can achieve multiple frame transmission mechanism of J1939 protocol and simulate the communication between BMS and charger. The communication status can be displayed in real time and the error type can be pointed out.
