分析目前常用的变压器油中微量水分检测方法的优缺点,在此基础上设计一种变压器油中微量水分的检测装置。该检测过程采用物理检测方法,能实现自动定量取样、油水分离、水分汽化、水分检测、微水含量计算。提出对变压器油中微量水分的总体检测方案,分析检测原理,设计硬件实现电路。样机测试结果证明该检测装置的有效性。

The advantages and disadvantages of common detecting methods of the trace moisture in transformer oil are ana-lyzed,and on this basis a new trace moisture detection device is designed. The physical detection method is used in the detecting process,which can realize the automatically quantitative sampling,oil water separation,water vaporization,moisture detection and moisture content calculation. For the detection of trace moisture in transformer oil,a general testing plan is proposed,the testing principle is analyzed and the hardware circuit is designed. The results from the prototype testing proved the effectiveness of the detecting device.
