目的：观察氯吡格雷联用阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的疗效及预后。方法：将108例UA患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组单用阿司匹林+常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用氯吡格雷，观察两组心绞痛发作的频率、持续时间、发作间期及心电图变化。随访1年后主要心脏不良事件的发生率。结果：氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗UA优于单用阿司匹林，主要心脏不良事件发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联合应用治疗UA，效果显著，有益于减少严重心血管事件。
목적：관찰록필격뢰련용아사필림치료불은정형심교통(UA)적료효급예후。방법：장108례UA환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조단용아사필림+상규치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상가용록필격뢰，관찰량조심교통발작적빈솔、지속시간、발작간기급심전도변화。수방1년후주요심장불량사건적발생솔。결과：록필격뢰연합아사필림치료UA우우단용아사필림，주요심장불량사건발생솔저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：록필격뢰화아사필림연합응용치료UA，효과현저，유익우감소엄중심혈관사건。
Objective:To observe the effects and prognosis of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UA).Methods:108 patients with UA were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with aspirin alone and conventional therapy;the observation group added clopidogrel on the basis of the control group.Two groups were observed in patients with angina attack frequency,duration,interval and ECG changes.After 1 year of follow-up,We observed the incidence of major adverse cardiac events.Results:The combination of clopidogrel and aspirin in the treatment of UA was superior to aspirin alone,the incidence of major adverse cardiac events was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is significant,and it is beneficial to reduce the severity of cardiovascular events.
