《秘书学》教学内容中涉及到许多秘书工作方法或技巧，尝试根据秘书工作的实际场景，设计一次活动，将若干知识点联系起来，对学生进行一次综合而系统的实践训练，以巩固学生对所学习的理论知识的掌握，让学生了解并熟悉秘书工作的基本程序和基本方法、基本技能，训练学生具备秘书工作需要的基本能力。这种方法在当前职业教育教学与社会相融度不高、学生见习和顶岗实习机制尚不完善的情况下，既可行而有效。

Teaching content of Secretarial Science involves many secretarial work methods or techniques. The paper tries to design an activity according to the actual scene of secretarial work, link a number of knowledge, conduct a comprehensive and systematic training for students, to strengthen the master of the theoretical knowledge of learning, lets the student understand and familiar with the basic program, basic methods and basic skills of secretarial work, train students have the basic ability of secretarial work. This method is both feasible and effective under the current situation of low integration of vocational education and society, the incomplete students practice and field work mechanism.
