引入企业文化,营造有特色的职业学校校园文化氛围已成为中职学校教育教学改革的潮流。企业文化与校园文化“真”、“仿”的关系,决定了校园文化不能照搬企业文化,而应做到“神似”。我们在工学一体化专业教室建设中对两种文化的融合方法进行了有益探索,希望能在中职学校一体化教室文化建设方面起到参考作用。

It has become popular for secondary vocational schools to bring in enterprise culture and create distinctive vocational school culture atmosphere. The relationship between"originality"and"imitation"of enterprise culture and campus culture determines that campus cannot indiscriminately imitate enterprise culture but should achieve an "excellent likeness in spirit". Useful exploration of the fusion method of these cultures has been done in the construction of work-integrated learning professional classroom, in hope of providing reference for the integration classroom culture construction of secondary vocational schools.
