In pressure vessel inspection, magnetic particle inspection plays an important role. In order to ensure the quality of pressure vessel inspection and ensure the safe operation of pressure vessel, the related staff should seriously study the elimination of factors of magnetic particle testing sensitivity and reliability. According to the application status of magnetic powder in the pressure vessel inspection, this paper proposes several points in problem detection, and puts forward some suggestions on the application of magnetic powder in vessel regular detection in the future.
