目的:讨论研究对焦虑症患者进行心理分析及护理干预的影响和重要意义。方法随机选取就诊于该院内科确诊的焦虑症患者100例。分组为干预组、普通组,各50例。其中为普通组患者提供一般常规干预,包括心理指导以及宣讲基本知识;干预组给予患者综合护理干预,如讲解忧郁症基本知识,进行心理分析及心理护理等。比较两组患者经过不同护理干预后焦虑评分以及治疗时间、护理满意程度等指标。结果护理后SAS评分干预组轻度焦虑(41.6±1.2)分,中度(48.3±2.0)分,重度(56.6±1.8)分;对照组轻度焦虑(44.7±2.6)分,中度(53.2±3.6)分,重度(60.2±3.7)分;两组患者不同护理后焦虑评分比较显示经完善护理干预后干预组患者焦虑评分显著优于常规干预组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度比较显示干预组护理后满意度100%显著优于普通组90.0%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对焦虑症患者进行心理分析及治疗联合护理干预疗效显著。能够有效缓解并消除患者焦虑、不安等负面情绪,减轻心理压力。通过干预使患者不断调整自我状态,减轻疾病症状,恢复生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of psychological analysis and nursing intervention for patients with anxiety disorders and its significance. Methods 100 anxiety patients admitted in Department of Internal Medicine of our hospital were randomly se-lected and divided into intervention group and normal group with 50 cases in each. The patients in the normal group were given conventional intervention, including psychological guidance and explaining the basic knowledge, and patients in the intervention group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, such as explaining the basic knowledge about depression, psychological analysis and psychological nursing and so on. The anxiety score, treatment time and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared. Results The SAS score after nursing:intervention group with mild anxiety (41.6 ± 1.2) points, moderate (48.3 ± 2.0) points, severe (56.6 ± 1.8) points;the control group with mild anxiety (44.7 ± 2.6)points, moderate (53.2 ± 3.6) points, severe (60.2 ± 3.7) points. The above comparison results showed that the anxiety scores of the intervention group patients were better than those of the normal group patients (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 100%, significantly superior to the normal group's 90.0%(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological analysis and treatment combined with nursing intervention have signifi-cant effect on anxiety patients, which can effectively alleviate and eliminate the anxiety and other negative emotions of the pa-tients, and relieve mental pressure. By the intervention, the ego state of the patients can be adjusted continuously, the symptoms of the patients can be alleviated, and the quality of life can be restored.
