为防止个别较差指标的消极影响被其他指标所中和,强化指标的协同效应,提高决策的合理性,提出了一种基于协同度的灰关联VIKOR决策方法。以λ协同度为基础,进行规范化处理,并根据指标值对方案的整体影响,建立了方案修正因子模型。以方案修正因子和灰关联确定属性权重的乘积作为综合权重;在此基础上使用比TOPSIS更稳定和可靠的VIKOR方法对方案进行择优,并通过算例说明了方法的有效性和可行性。

In order to prevent the negative influence of individual poor index being neutralized by other index, strengthen the index of the synergy effect, and improve the rationality of decision-making, a kind of VIKOR decision method based on synergy degree and the grey-correlation is put forward. On the basis of λ synergy degree, the standardized processing is carried on. According to the overall impact of index value to the scheme, the correction factor model is established. The product of correction factor and grey relational attribute weights is taken as comprehensive weights. On the basis of them, a VIKOR method which is more reliability and stability than TOPSIS is used to order the schemes, and then, the numerical example is used to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
