挫折教育是采用理性和感性的方式,引导受教育者正确认识和处理挫折,提高其对挫折的耐受力和对挫折的超越力,以及对各种不利因素的适应力的教育活动。高校开展研究生挫折教育,要坚持理论教育与实践教育相结合、主体教育与客体自育相结合、集中教育与经常性教育相结合和校内教育与校外教育相结合的工作原则,提高研究生的抗挫折能力,促进成长成才。

Frustration education means to guide the educatee to correctly understand and deal with setbacks in a rational and emotional way. It aims to improve their tolerance for frustration and transcendence ability and their adaptability for various adverse factors. The frustration education for graduate students in colleges and universities should adhere to the principle of combination of theoretical education and practical education, subject education and self-education, centralized education and regular education and the combination of school education and outside school education, so as to improve the anti-frustration ability of graduate students, and promote their growth.
