目的：探讨老年高龄女性股骨颈骨折护理的一般原则和方法。方法：回顾性分析30例老年股骨颈骨折患者的护理过程和预后，得出其中的经验和不足。结果：30例患者，25例顺利康复出院，5例死亡(死于心血管意外、脑血管意外各2例，死于肺栓塞1例)。结论：通过充分的术前准备和细心的术后护理，以及良好的术后功能锻炼，老年高龄女性股骨颈骨折患者可以顺利度过这种老年人常见而严重的打击。

목적：탐토노년고령녀성고골경골절호리적일반원칙화방법。방법：회고성분석30례노년고골경골절환자적호리과정화예후，득출기중적경험화불족。결과：30례환자，25례순리강복출원，5례사망(사우심혈관의외、뇌혈관의외각2례，사우폐전새1례)。결론：통과충분적술전준비화세심적술후호리，이급량호적술후공능단련，노년고령녀성고골경골절환자가이순리도과저충노년인상견이엄중적타격。
Objective:To explore the general principles and methods of comprehensive nursing care of elderly femoral neck fracture in elderly women.Methods:30 elderly cases with femoral neck fracture were selected.We retrospectively analyzed the nursing process and prognosis to explore the experience and deficiency.Results:In 30 cases,25 cases were successfully recovered.5 cases died(2 cases died of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident.1 case died of pulmonary embolism). Conclusion:Through sufficient preoperative preparation and careful postoperative nursing,and good postoperative function exercise,elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can survive from the severe blow which is common in elderly people.
