本文针对目前综掘工作面粉尘防治的重要性，介绍了悬臂式掘进机常用的喷雾降尘方法，分析了其在实际生产中的优缺点，通过对气体雾化灭尘机理的研究，提出将气体雾化喷嘴应用于掘进机外喷雾的方案，结合工程实例，取得了良好的降尘效果。
本文針對目前綜掘工作麵粉塵防治的重要性，介紹瞭懸臂式掘進機常用的噴霧降塵方法，分析瞭其在實際生產中的優缺點，通過對氣體霧化滅塵機理的研究，提齣將氣體霧化噴嘴應用于掘進機外噴霧的方案，結閤工程實例，取得瞭良好的降塵效果。

Aiming at the importance of comprehensive tunneling working face dust control, this paper introduces the cantilever machine spray dust methods and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in practical production. Through the study of gas atomization mechanism of dust extinguishing, it puts forward applying gas atomization nozzle to spray outside the machine. Combined with practical engineering, good effect has been obtained.
