本文阐述了体育兴趣的概念及体育兴趣在体育教学中的作用，分析了“90后”学生的生理和心理方面的特点，探讨了培养“90后”高职院校学生体育兴趣的有效方法，以期充分调动“90后”高职院校学生上体育课的积极性，提高体育课教学质量，改善学生的综合素质，培养他们终身体育锻炼的意识。
本文闡述瞭體育興趣的概唸及體育興趣在體育教學中的作用，分析瞭“90後”學生的生理和心理方麵的特點，探討瞭培養“90後”高職院校學生體育興趣的有效方法，以期充分調動“90後”高職院校學生上體育課的積極性，提高體育課教學質量，改善學生的綜閤素質，培養他們終身體育鍛煉的意識。

This paper elaborates on the definition and the role of interest in sports, analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of "post-90s" students, and explores the effective ways of cultivating "post-90s" higher vocational college students' interest in sports, with a view to arousing the enthusiasm of "post-90s" students taking P.E. classes in higher vocational colleges adequately, enhancing the teaching quality of P.E. classes, developing the students' comprehensive quality, and cultivating their lifelong consciousness of physical exercises.
