快速混配技术在全国陆上各大油田广泛应用,并取得了良好的应用效果,大大的提高了压裂液混配和压裂施工效率,缩短了施工时间,并提高了施工质量。本文介绍了渤海油田的压裂液混配方法,并对目前的快速混配工艺的原理和应用进行了阐述,结合海上施工的特殊性,分析了压裂液快速混配工艺在渤海油田的应用前景,分析表明:快速混配工艺在海上施工存在一定的难度,但总体来讲该技术是未来海上施工的发展趋势。

Quick mixing technology is widely used in large onshore oilfields in China and has achieved good effect. The mixing and fracturing efficiency is greatly improved, the construction time shortened, and the quality improved. This article introduces the fracturing fluid mixing method and expounds the principle and application of the quick mixing technology at present. Based on the particularity of offshore construction, the application prospect of quick mixing technology of fracturing fluid in Bohai Oilfield is analyzed. The results show that there is certain difficulty in offshore quick mixing construction but on the whole, quick mixing technology is the development trend of offshore construction.
