目的：探究分析麻风腮疫苗接种与过敏性紫癜的相关性。方法：2008年1月-2014年1月收治过敏性紫癜患者28例，所有患者均接种过疫苗，总结其发病的原因及发病特点。结果：患病人群以1～10岁为主，所占比例46.43%明显高于其他各年龄段患者所占的比例；以麻腮风疫苗为主(35.71%)，显著高于其他各种类型疫苗。接种两次疫苗患者的发病率75.00%明显高于其他各剂次的发病率；春、秋发病率42.86%、32.14%明显高于夏季及冬季，以上差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；患病症状以紫癜皮疹及腹痛为主。结论：麻风腮疫苗接种与过敏性紫癜之间具有非常密切的相关性，具有一定的规律性及特点。

목적：탐구분석마풍시역묘접충여과민성자전적상관성。방법：2008년1월-2014년1월수치과민성자전환자28례，소유환자균접충과역묘，총결기발병적원인급발병특점。결과：환병인군이1～10세위주，소점비례46.43%명현고우기타각년령단환자소점적비례；이마시풍역묘위주(35.71%)，현저고우기타각충류형역묘。접충량차역묘환자적발병솔75.00%명현고우기타각제차적발병솔；춘、추발병솔42.86%、32.14%명현고우하계급동계，이상차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；환병증상이자전피진급복통위주。결론：마풍시역묘접충여과민성자전지간구유비상밀절적상관성，구유일정적규률성급특점。
Objective:To explore and analyze the correlation of MMR vaccination and allergic purpura.Methods:28 cases with allergic purpura were selected from January 2008 to January 2014.All the cases were vaccinated.The causes and characteristics of the disease were summarized.Results:The cases with disease were 1 to 10 years old.The proportion of 46.43% was significantly higher than the proportions of other cases with all ages.The MMR vaccine was primary(35.71%),and it was significantly higher than other types of vaccines.The incidence of cases with two times vaccination was 75.00%,and it was significantly higher than the incidences of other agent times each.The incidences of spring and autumn were 42.86% and 32.14%,and there were significantly higher than those of summer and winter.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms of cases were purpura rash and abdominal pain.Conclusion:MMR vaccination and allergic purpura have a very close correlation,and have some regularity and characteristics.
