以学生参加职业技能大赛为导向，培养软件技术专业人才是深化高职人才培养创新改革的重要举措，基于作者多年的工作经验，提出了“以赛促教”、“以赛创新人才培养”的观点，通过引导学生参加各种职业技能大赛，可以为专业人才培养提供良好的氛围。

Oriented by students participating in vocational skills competition, training software technology professionals is an important measure to deepen the innovation and reform of higher vocational education. Based on the author's many years of work experience, this paper proposed the view of "to promote education by competition" and "to innovate professional training by competition". Guiding students participating in various vocational skills competition can provide a good atmosphere for the professional training.
