冷冲模是一种安装在压力机上，对放置在内的板料在室温下施加变形力，使其产生变形，从而获得一定形状、尺寸和性能的产品零件的特殊工艺装备。本文分析了影响冷冲模使用寿命的主要因素，从模具结构设计、选材、热处理及表面强化和制造工艺等方面提出提高注塑模具使用寿命的基本措施。

The cold-punching mould is special technological equipment installed in the press machine, which applies deforming force to the sheet metal at room temperature to make its deformation so as to obtain product parts of certain shape, size and performance. This article analyzes the main factors influencing the service life of cold-punching mould, and puts forward basic measures to improve the service life of injection mould from the mold structure design, material selection, heat treatment and surface strengthening and manufacturing process.
