目的了解医院医务人员职业暴露现状，为防范职业暴露风险提供依据.方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法，对全院职工进行职业暴露防护培训.包括化学性，生物性，物理性，社会心理性损害行为的防护技能培训，并对培训人员分别在培训前后进行问卷调查.结果医务人员职业暴露防护知识在培训前后，职业暴露发生率比较、职业暴露知识、技能考核成绩合格率(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义.结论加强医务人员职业暴露防护技能的培训，严格标准预防措施实施，暴露后及时、规范的局部处理，采取相应保护措施，可以降低暴露后感染风险.

Objective To understand thehospital medical personnel occupation exposure status, occupation exposure risk to provide the basis for prevention.Methods Using multistage stratified random sampling method, the entire staff of occupation exposure protection training. Including chemical, biological, physical, social and psychological damage behavior of the protective skills training, and training staff in training were evaluated by questionnaire survey.Results Medical personnel occupation exposure protection knowledge in training before and after the occupation exposure, comparison of the incidence of occupation exposure, knowledge, skill examination pass rate (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Strengthen medical personnel occupation exposure protection skills training, strict implementation of standard precautions, after exposure to standard time, local treatment, take corresponding measures of protection, can reduce the risk of infection after exposure.
