目的应用盲法复检结果评价贵州省县级结核病实验室痰检工作。方法分析贵州省2006-2011年县级结核病实验室痰检盲法复检结果。结果 2006～2011年6年合计阳性及阴性符合率分别是96.98%、99.14%，年度间各符合率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；各符合率呈年度上升趋势（P＜0.05)，各年度阴性符合率均高于阳性符合率(P＜0.05)；2011年度各符合率均超过99%，未出现1例高假阳性和高假阴性。结论盲法复检能反应实验室痰检质量的真实水平，定期分析盲法复检数据能为拟定提高痰检质量的措施提供理论依据。
목적응용맹법복검결과평개귀주성현급결핵병실험실담검공작。방법 분석귀주성2006-2011년현급결핵병실험실담검맹법복검결과。결과 2006～2011년6년합계양성급음성부합솔분별시96.98%、99.14%，년도간각부합솔차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；각부합솔정년도상승추세（P＜0.05)，각년도음성부합솔균고우양성부합솔(P＜0.05)；2011년도각부합솔균초과99%，미출현1례고가양성화고가음성。결론 맹법복검능반응실험실담검질량적진실수평，정기분석맹법복검수거능위의정제고담검질량적조시제공이론의거。
Objective: To evaluate tuberculosis laboratory sputum examination work at the county level in Guizhou province through the blinded review results. Methods: To analyse the sputum examination blinded review results of Guizhou province at county level tuberculosis laboratory in 2006 to 2011. Results: The 6 years total positive and negative coincidence rate was respectively 96.98%, having statistically significant differences between years (P<0.05); 99.14% from 2006 to 2011, the whole coincidence rates were in rising trend each year(P<0.05), The annual negative coincidence rate was higher than the positive coincidence rate (P<0.05);The whole coincidence rates were more than 99%, and 1 high false positive and high false negative sputum smear did not appear in 2011. Conclusion: The blind review can respond the true quality level of the laboratory sputum examination work, regular analysis of blind review data can provide the theory basis of formulating method for for improving the quality of the sputum examinations.
