目的探讨健康教育对功能性消化不良（FD）患者的临床作用。方法对98例FD患者进行健康教育，分析健康教育前后患者自我效能变化及临床治疗效果。结果健康教育后3月患者的健康行为自我效能比教育前明显提高，差异有显著性（p<0.01）；且临床治疗效果有效率为100%，患者满意度为97.96%。结论健康教育能提高FD患者的自我效能，从而促进患者康复，并提高患者的治疗满意度及生活质量。
목적탐토건강교육대공능성소화불량（FD）환자적림상작용。방법대98례FD환자진행건강교육，분석건강교육전후환자자아효능변화급림상치료효과。결과건강교육후3월환자적건강행위자아효능비교육전명현제고，차이유현저성（p<0.01）；차림상치료효과유효솔위100%，환자만의도위97.96%。결론건강교육능제고FD환자적자아효능，종이촉진환자강복，병제고환자적치료만의도급생활질량。
objective to explore health education on patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) of clinical effect. Methods of 98 cases of FD patients health education, analysis patients self-efficacy changes before and after health education and clinical therapeutic effect. Results after health education on March the health behavior of patients self-efficacy than education before, there is significant difference (p < 0.01); And clinical therapeutic effect effective rate was 100%, patient satisfaction was 97.96%. Conclusion health education can improve the self-efficacy of FD patients, so as to promote patients recovery, and improve the treatment of patients with satisfaction and quality of life.
