目的观察中医饮食护理对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法 将24例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,A组患者给予常规糖尿病饮食护理和中医饮食护理,B组患者仅给予常规糖尿病饮食护理,分别记录给予饮食护理后3周末患者空腹血糖及餐后两小时血糖的测量值,用统计学方法进行分析。结果 给予饮食护理后,患者血糖均下降,但A组患者餐后两小时血糖的下降更为显著(P﹤0.01)。结论 中医饮食护理有利于Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血糖的控制。

목적관찰중의음식호리대Ⅱ형당뇨병환자혈당적영향。방법 장24례Ⅱ형당뇨병환자수궤분위량조,A조환자급여상규당뇨병음식호리화중의음식호리,B조환자부급여상규당뇨병음식호리,분별기록급여음식호리후3주말환자공복혈당급찬후량소시혈당적측량치,용통계학방법진행분석。결과 급여음식호리후,환자혈당균하강,단A조환자찬후량소시혈당적하강경위현저(P﹤0.01)。결론 중의음식호리유리우Ⅱ형당뇨병환자혈당적공제。
Objective: To observe the influence on the blood glucose while the patients of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus were given diet nursing care of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: 24 patients of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus were separated into tow groups at random, group A supplied with diet nursing care of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the base of common diet nursing care for the patients of diabetes mellitus, while group B were only offered with common diet nursing care. When the patients have been given diet nursing care for 3 weeks, record the level of FBG and 2HBG, analyze the results statistically. Results: Both the level of blood glucose decreased after being given the diet nursing care, while the level of group A’ 2hBG decreased more remarkably. Conclusion: Diet nursing care of Traditional Chinese Medicine do benefit to control the level of the patients of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus’ blood glucose.
