目的探讨PF方案化疗同步放射治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效。方法将76例鼻咽癌患者分为：治疗组40例采用化疗﹢放射治疗，对照组36例采用单纯放射治疗。结果治疗组近期疗效CR﹢PR为92.5%，对照组CR﹢PR为69.5%；两组对比1、3、5年生存率无差异性（P﹥0.05），治疗组的毒副反应，主要是口腔粘膜炎、恶心、呕吐、白细胞下降、其中Ⅱ度及以上发生率分别为80%，35%及55%。对照组分别为25%，5.5%和0，两组对照有显著性差异（P﹤0.05）。结论 PF方案化疗同步放射治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌可以提高近期疗效，但毒副反应主要是口腔粘膜炎、恶心、呕吐、白细胞下降，PF方案并不能给患者带来好处。

Objective To investigate the the PF regimen synchronization radiation treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal efficacy. Methods Patients were divided into 76 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma; treatment group, 40 cases were treated with chemotherapy plus radiation therapy, the control group 36 cases were treated with radiotherapy alone. Results The efficacy of the treatment group CR + PR 92.5%,was 69.5% in the control group CR + PR; toxicity of 1 -, 3 -, and 5-year survival rates of the two groups compared no differences (P> 0.05), treatment group, mainly oral mucositis, nausea, vomiting, leukopenia, Ⅱ degree and higher incidence of 80%, 35% and 55%. The two groups were significant differences (P <0.05) Conclusion The PF regimen chemotherapy concurrent radiation therapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma can improve the short-term effect, but the degree of side effects mainly oral mucositis, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, leukopenia, PF program does not give the patient the benefit of.
