目的:观察基于气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)的结核性脑膜炎(简称结脑)患者脑脊液(CSF)代谢组学的变化。方法采用GC-MS检测15例结脑患者(结脑组)和14例需腰麻的外伤手术患者(对照组) CSF的代谢成分,选择主成分分析和正交偏最小二乘方辨别分析中较优的模式分析结脑患者CSF的特异性代谢物质。结果结脑组CSF中表达下调的代谢物为L-苏氨酸、来苏糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、十二烷酸、十六烷酸、十八烷酸、单棕榈酸甘油、十八酸甘油酯,表达上调的代谢物为山梨醇。结论结脑患者糖、脂肪酸以及氨基酸代谢均发生改变,有助于结脑的诊断及分子基础研究。

목적:관찰기우기상색보-질보련용기술(GC-MS)적결핵성뇌막염(간칭결뇌)환자뇌척액(CSF)대사조학적변화。방법채용GC-MS검측15례결뇌환자(결뇌조)화14례수요마적외상수술환자(대조조) CSF적대사성분,선택주성분분석화정교편최소이승방변별분석중교우적모식분석결뇌환자CSF적특이성대사물질。결과결뇌조CSF중표체하조적대사물위L-소안산、래소당、아랍백당、반유당、포도당、십이완산、십륙완산、십팔완산、단종려산감유、십팔산감유지,표체상조적대사물위산리순。결론결뇌환자당、지방산이급안기산대사균발생개변,유조우결뇌적진단급분자기출연구。
Objective To investigate the metabolic changes of cerebrospinal fluid ( CSF) in patients with tuberculous meningitis ( TBM) based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS) .Methods The CSF metabolic components in 15 TBM patients (TBM group) and 14 healthy people (control group) were studied by GC-MS combined with principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least square discriminant analysis , and the specific metabolic substances were an-alyzed.Results Metabolic profiles of CSF in the TBM group changed significantly as compared with the control group , and 11 potential biological markers were identified , during which, L-threonic acid, lyxose, arabinose, galactose, glucose, dodecanoic acid , palmitic acid, stearic acid, 1-Monopalmitoylglycerol and 1-Monostearoylglycerol were down-regulated but glucitol was up-regulated in the TBM group .Conclusion Carbohydrate metabolism , fat metabolism and metabolism of a-mino acid in the TBM patients changed , which helps to the diagnosis and molecular basis research of TBM .
