目的：对结核性脑膜炎的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法进行探讨。方法对该院所收治的结核性脑膜炎患者82例的临床资料做回顾分析。结果在该组的82例患者中，有72例好转出院，7例死亡，3例自动出院。结论对结脑高度重视，若有疑诊现象，必须在早期、规律、全程、联合、适量抗痨药物的同时，采用激素治疗，其为提高治愈率的关键性措施。
목적：대결핵성뇌막염적림상특점、진단급치료방법진행탐토。방법대해원소수치적결핵성뇌막염환자82례적림상자료주회고분석。결과재해조적82례환자중，유72례호전출원，7례사망，3례자동출원。결론대결뇌고도중시，약유의진현상，필수재조기、규률、전정、연합、괄량항로약물적동시，채용격소치료，기위제고치유솔적관건성조시。
Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of tuberculous meningitis. Methods The clinical data of 82 cases of patients with tuberculous meningitis admitted in our hospital from July, 2009 to December, 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 72 cases improved and were discharged from the hospital, 7 cases died, 3 cases were automatic discharged from the hospital in all 82 patients. Conclusion Great importance should be attached to tuberculous meningitis. If there is suspected phenomenon, hormone therapy is necessary besides the treatment of early, regular, full, joint and appropriate anti-tu-berculosis drugs, which are the critical measures of improving the cure rate.
