目的建立了接骨散的质量标准。方法采用显微鉴别法鉴别当归、牛膝、红花、骨碎补、土鳖虫、赤芍、血竭、三七、朱砂;采用TLC法对方中木香进行了薄层定性鉴别。结果显微鉴别专属性强;TLC定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强。结论本方法简便易行、重现性好,可用于接骨散的质量标准。
目的建立瞭接骨散的質量標準。方法採用顯微鑒彆法鑒彆噹歸、牛膝、紅花、骨碎補、土鱉蟲、赤芍、血竭、三七、硃砂;採用TLC法對方中木香進行瞭薄層定性鑒彆。結果顯微鑒彆專屬性彊;TLC定性鑒彆分離度好,專屬性彊。結論本方法簡便易行、重現性好,可用于接骨散的質量標準。

Objective: to establish the quality standard of bone powder. Methods: the microscopic identification method for identification of angelica, Achyranthes root, safflower, radix paeoniae rubra, Rhizoma Drynariae, woodlouse, dragon's blood, three seven, cinnabar; Radix Aucklandiae using TLC method the other is by tlc. Results: the microscopic identification of specific; TLC qualitative identification and separating degree, strong specificity. Conclusion: the method is simple, reproducible, and can be used for bone quality standard powder.
