目的探讨后正中切开术式治疗后高位马蹄形脓肿的临床应用价值。方法对2011年2月以来收治38例后高位马蹄形脓肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果38例患者全部Ⅰ期愈合，术后肛门外形解剖完整，无沟槽变形现象，愈合后肛门功能良好，肛门后方仅见一线状瘢痕。平均随访1年(分别为治愈后1月、3月、6月)，无明显并发症及后遗症。结论后正中切开术治疗后高位马蹄形脓肿其疗程缩短、痛苦减小、无明显并发症及后遗症、能较好地保护肛门的解剖学形态及功能；手术方式安全、有效、具有可行性，值得临床推广应用。
목적탐토후정중절개술식치료후고위마제형농종적림상응용개치。방법대2011년2월이래수치38례후고위마제형농종환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과38례환자전부Ⅰ기유합，술후항문외형해부완정，무구조변형현상，유합후항문공능량호，항문후방부견일선상반흔。평균수방1년(분별위치유후1월、3월、6월)，무명현병발증급후유증。결론후정중절개술치료후고위마제형농종기료정축단、통고감소、무명현병발증급후유증、능교호지보호항문적해부학형태급공능；수술방식안전、유효、구유가행성，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical value of posterior-median incision in the treatment of poeterior high position u-shaped abscess.Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with poeterior high position u-shaped abscess from Feb 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the patients had primary healing with beautiful anal shape and good anal function,and the follow-up period was 12 months,with no complication and sequelae.Conclusion Posterior-median incision improved the clinical effect, shortened the course of treatment and reduced pain.It is a safty and feasible surgery procedure,and is worth popularizing application in clinic.
