目的观察参附注射液治疗急性心肌梗死心源性休克的临床疗效。方法将40例急性心肌梗死伴心源性休克患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组应用常规治疗急性心肌梗死药物或介入手术及抗休克药物，治疗组在同对照组治疗基础上加用参附注射液，治疗7天，观察两组患者治疗前后血压、心率水平及应用多巴胺的时间。结果经治疗后治疗组较对照组的血压、心率明显改善，多巴胺应用时间明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论参附注射液能明显改善心源性休克的心率、血压，是治疗心源性休克的必备药物。
목적관찰삼부주사액치료급성심기경사심원성휴극적림상료효。방법장40례급성심기경사반심원성휴극환자수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조응용상규치료급성심기경사약물혹개입수술급항휴극약물，치료조재동대조조치료기출상가용삼부주사액，치료7천，관찰량조환자치료전후혈압、심솔수평급응용다파알적시간。결과경치료후치료조교대조조적혈압、심솔명현개선，다파알응용시간명현축단，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론삼부주사액능명현개선심원성휴극적심솔、혈압，시치료심원성휴극적필비약물。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Shenfu injection on patients with cardiogenic shock of acute myocardial infarction.Methods 40 patients with cardiogenic shock of acute myocardial infarction were divided into the observation group and the controll group,the control group were treated with drugs or operation and anti-shock treatment, on base of witch the observation group were treated with Shenfu injection additionly for 7 days. Blood pression , heart rate and the time of using dopamine were delected.Results Blood pression and heart rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the time of using dopamine is shorte compared with the control group(P<0.01). Concousions Shenfu injection can improve blood pression , heart rate of cardiogenic shock of acute myocardial infarction and is essential drug.to treat cardiogenic shock.
