目的总结医院2012年医院感染病原菌的分布与耐药率，为了解病原菌流行状况与合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对医院2012年发生的医院感染病原菌进行回顾性分析。结果从2012年发生医院感染的病例中共分离出5947株病原菌，其中革兰氏阳性菌1890株，占31.8%，主要为金黄色葡萄球菌；革兰氏阴性菌4057株，占68.2%，主要为肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌。结论常见病原菌的耐药性有上升趋势，并且有多耐药性；因此临床应根据药敏结果合理使用抗菌药物。

OBJECTIVE summarizing the distribution of nosocomial infection pathogens and drug resistance rates in 2012 ,so as to provide the basis for the prevalence of the pathogens and the reasonable use of antibiotics. METHODS the nosocomial infection pathogens in 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS A total of 5947 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated in 2012, there were 1890(31.8%)strains of gram-positive bacteria among which Staphylococcus aureus was the main species; there were 4057(68.2%) strains of gram-negative bacteria among which Klebsiella aeruginosa,Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii were the main species. CONCLUSION The drug resistance of the common pathogens presents an elevated trend and the pathogens are multidrug-resistant; therefore, it is necessary to reasonably use antibiotics based on the drug susceptibility testing results.
