目的观察红景天苷对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法以红景天苷低、中、高浓度给小鼠连续灌胃30d后，处死测定小鼠体重、睥脏及胸腺重量，计算脾指数与胸腺指数，观察小鼠免疫器官重量的变化；采用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验测试红景天苷对小鼠非特异性免疫的影响；采用溶血空斑形成实验测试红景天苷对小鼠体液免疫的影响。结果红景天苷能够增加小鼠免疫器官重量，提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能及增加B淋巴细胞分化成浆细胞产生抗体能力。结论红景天苷具有调节免疫功能，对非特异性免疫和体液免疫均有一定的增强作用。
목적관찰홍경천감대소서면역공능적영향。방법이홍경천감저、중、고농도급소서련속관위30d후，처사측정소서체중、비장급흉선중량，계산비지수여흉선지수，관찰소서면역기관중량적변화；채용소서복강거서세포탄서계홍세포실험측시홍경천감대소서비특이성면역적영향；채용용혈공반형성실험측시홍경천감대소서체액면역적영향。결과홍경천감능구증가소서면역기관중량，제고거서세포탄서공능급증가B림파세포분화성장세포산생항체능력。결론홍경천감구유조절면역공능，대비특이성면역화체액면역균유일정적증강작용。
Objective the effect of salidrosid on immunological function in mice. Methods Salidrosid was administered orally to mice at low,medium and high dose. The mice executed after seven days when they were treated with the medicine. Determination of body weight,spleen and thymus weight,spleen index and thynms index was calculated. Changes in weight of immune organs in mice were obeyed. Abdomen macrophages of mice devour chicken red cell was used to determined salidrosid on the impact of non-specific immune. The experimental of hemolytic plaque formation was used to determined salidrosid on the impact of humeral immune. Results Astragals polysaccharide can increase the weight of immune organs in mice,the Astragals of macrophage and ability of B cells to produce antibodies. Conclusions Astragal us polysaecharide is capable of regulating immune function increasing non-specific immune and humoral immune
