目的探讨优质护理服务模式在普外科护理工作中的运用效果。方法 选取我科2011年1月—2012年6月收治的非手术和手术患者共计500例,按随机化原则分为常规组和优质组各250例。记录分析,比较得出结论。结果 不良反应方面,常规组较优质组多;焦虑状态方面,常规组较优质组差;满意度方面,常规组较优质组差。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理服务模式的开展明显提高临床护理工作质量,使患者的不良反应,焦虑状态明显减轻,明显提高医患的满意度[1],值得临床推广。

Objective to explore the effect when the model of quality care is used in the normal surgery. Method in our hospital from 2011 January-2012 year in June were treated operation in 500 cases. according to the principle of randomization divided into conventional care group 250 cases and quality care group 250 cases. recording and analysis, draw the conclusion. Result the signs of untoward reaction, the normal group is more than the quality group;the sign of anxiety state ,the normal group is worse than the quality group. the signs of degree of satisfaction, the normal group is worse than the quality group. there was significant difference between two groups(p<0.05).conclusion the model of quality care can improve the quality of clinical nursing significantly, postoperative complications in patients with decreased significantly, reduce the anxiety state ,the degree of satisfaction of patients、doctors and nurses is raised, anyone is benefit, is worth the clinical promoted application.
