目的分析肾病透析患者的心理特征，总结护理工作中的沟通技巧。方法 将我院2011入院的血液透析患者共计72例，随机分为干预组36例（常规护理+心理护理）和对照组36例（常规护理）对2组不良情绪进行对比。结果 干预组患者焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、偏执不良情绪与对照组相比差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论 有效的心理沟通技巧可缓解患者不良情绪，有助于肾衰患者的治疗效果。
目的分析腎病透析患者的心理特徵，總結護理工作中的溝通技巧。方法 將我院2011入院的血液透析患者共計72例，隨機分為榦預組36例（常規護理+心理護理）和對照組36例（常規護理）對2組不良情緒進行對比。結果 榦預組患者焦慮、抑鬱、恐怖、偏執不良情緒與對照組相比差異有顯著性（P<0.05）。結論 有效的心理溝通技巧可緩解患者不良情緒，有助于腎衰患者的治療效果。
목적분석신병투석환자적심리특정，총결호리공작중적구통기교。방법 장아원2011입원적혈액투석환자공계72례，수궤분위간예조36례（상규호리+심리호리）화대조조36례（상규호리）대2조불량정서진행대비。결과 간예조환자초필、억욱、공포、편집불량정서여대조조상비차이유현저성（P<0.05）。결론 유효적심리구통기교가완해환자불량정서，유조우신쇠환자적치료효과。
objective: to analyze the psychological characteristics of patients with dialysis, summarize the nursing work in communication skills. Methods: 2011 in our hospital admission in hemodialysis patients with a total of 72 cases, 36 cases were randomly divided into intervention group ( routine nursing and psychological nursing ) and 36 cases of the control group (usual care ) on 2 groups of negative emotions are compared. Results: the intervention group patients with anxiety, depression, phobia, paranoid bad mood compared with the control group, there were significant differences ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: the effective psychological communication skills can alleviate patients' emotion, but also helpful to patients with renal failure treatment.
