目的对比分析压痛点强化电针刺与常规腧穴电针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效，以期探索一种适用于乡村的简便、安全、实用的治疗方案。方法采用平行单盲随机对照研究，将80例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，其中治疗组给予强化电针刺治疗，对照组给予常规腧穴电针治疗，两组均治疗5次。结果治疗组患者疼痛程度明显改善，与对照组比较差异具有显著性（P<0.01）。结论强化电针刺治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效显著且简单、安全、实用，适于在乡村推广。
목적대비분석압통점강화전침자여상규수혈전침치료굉골외상과염적림상료효，이기탐색일충괄용우향촌적간편、안전、실용적치료방안。방법 채용평행단맹수궤대조연구，장80례굉골외상과염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각40례，기중치료조급여강화전침자치료，대조조급여상규수혈전침치료，량조균치료5차。결과 치료조환자동통정도명현개선，여대조조비교차이구유현저성（P<0.01）。결론 강화전침자치료굉골외상과염료효현저차간단、안전、실용，괄우재향촌추엄。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of intensive electro-acupuncture at tenderness point and electro-acupuncture at acupoints in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. To find a treatment prescription on external humeral epicondylitis,that is simple, safe, pragmatic and applied to rural area.Methods: The parallel single blind randomized control clinical trial was administered 80 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were divided into two groups by random. Among these patients, therapeutic group(40) was treated with intensive electro-acupuncture at tenderness point, the control group(40) was treated with electro-acupuncture at acupoints, 5 times of treatment was a course.Results: The clinical observing showed that in therapeutic group intensive electro-acupuncture at tenderness point could improve the degrees of pain, compared to the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: intensive electro-acupuncture at tenderness point can effectively alleviate pain surffered from external humeral epicondylitis.and that is simple, safe, pragmatic and applied to rural area.
